Pier is a senior healthcare executive and deal advisor with almost two decades of international experience across pharmaceuticals, biologics and healthcare services. He brings a distinctive blend of strategic depth, commercial excellence and hands-on leadership from some of the world’s most dynamic healthcare companies.
He held multiple senior leadership roles at Novo Nordisk and Novartis (Sandoz division) across Europe, Middle East and Asia-Pacific. His career spans global, regional and local positions, having had P&L responsibilities and led large-scale growth transformations, portfolio turnarounds, product launches and market access strategies in both mature and emerging markets.
Pier has built and executed commercial, portfolio and business development strategies across the product lifecycle - from early-stage asset assessment and pre-launch planning, to mature brand optimization and licensing strategies. He has experience working with entrepreneurs, regional champions and global corporates on portfolio prioritization, asset valuation, go-to-market models, and strategic partnerships.
At Crimson Ridge Partners, Pier applies this operator mindset to advisory work, bringing a pragmatic, data-driven and relationship-first approach, with first-hand experience of creating value from executed deals.
Pier holds an MSc in International Management from HEC Paris (CEMS) and Bocconi University, and has studied in Canada, China and U.S.A. He is fluent in English and Danish, has working knowledge of French, and is a native Italian speaker.

Dominique Petit

Dominique is a healthcare leader and strategic advisor with over 30 years of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She brings a unique combination of operational excellence, entrepreneurial mindset and people leadership, having built and led high-performing organizations across Europe and Asia, in both mature and emerging healthcare markets.
She has held multiple General Manager and Cluster Head roles, with full P&L responsibility for businesses ranging from early-stage market entries to large-scale affiliates. Dominique has a strong track record of driving business turnarounds, portfolio expansion and commercial transformation, successfully leading growth strategies across generics, biosimilars and OTC businesses. Her leadership is characterized by a deep focus on patients, customer centricity and team empowerment.
At Crimson Ridge Partners, Dominique brings an execution-driven perspective to advisory work. She supports clients in navigating complex partnerships and transactions across pharmaceuticals, biosimilars and healthcare services, shaping their growth strategies, optimizing their organizations, and enabling their commercial plans.
Dominique holds an MPharm degree and is a certified Industrial Pharmacist. She has completed multiple executive programs at Harvard Business School and Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business. She is fluent in English and Dutch, and is a native French speaker.
