Are you a buyer, seller or investor?
No. Crimson Ridge Partners acts solely as advisor and intermediary in the transactions it supports.
We do not acquire, dispose of, license or invest in the relevant assets or businesses for our own account.
How are sensitive opportunities protected?
Counterparty identities and product-level information are disclosed only once appropriate confidentiality and non-circumvention protections are in place. Until then, opportunities are described at a level that protects all parties.
How does an engagement begin?
It begins with an initial conversation. Where there is a mutual fit, the parties establish the appropriate confidentiality arrangements and agree a written mandate covering scope, governance and fees before substantive work begins.
